Compile applications to send to selected lenders who are regulated by the FCA and registered with the IOC

Whilst Vector Leasing Ltd does not perform credit or fraud prevention searches – the panel of lenders with whom we have trading arrangements perform these as part of their business process. We do not, sell, lease or disclose your information to any company outside our panel of lenders.
What information do we need and collect?
Vector Leasing Ltd is the controller and processor of the personal data you provide to us. We collect personal data about you which may include specific types of information or location based details, such as your name, home addresses, email address, date of birth, business locations,etc. We will not collect any more information than is needed to provide our services.
What do we do with your data and how long do we hold it?
All the personal data we hold is controlled by Vector Leasing Ltd in the UK, however, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, this information is located on servers within the UK. No third party has access to your data unless required to by law. We have a data protection regime to oversee effective and secure processing of your personal data. Your data is stored both in hard copy, hard drive back-ups and on encrypted servers. The information is held for a minimum of six years where after it may be destroyed.
What are your rights?
You can request to see the information we hold and have it corrected and possibly deleted. Providing this information to you is free.
